Me and my boyfriend went to dinner. Beautiful location a few steps away from the main restaurant area in the historic centre of Chania. I would recommend to arrive way earlier especially at dinner if you are travelling by car because finding a parking spot in Chania in August in the evening is quite the challenge. The staff is friendly and available. Food was nice, not excellent. I got a beef tartar with capers, dried tomatoes and cheese foam + a pasta dish with tomatoes and feta cheese. I feel that the kitchen may be improved by balancing the flavours more and portions can also be slighlty reduced in my opinion. With a couple slight improvements it can become a top restaurant. Service: 4

Food & drinks: We had dinner for two at the Monastery Estate restaurant (didnt stay at the hotel) and it was DELICIOUS from starters to dessert and some sprits on the house after Ideal for a romantic dinner I would recommend to make a reservation in advance Service: 5 Location: 5 Hotel highlights: Romantic
