I was very excited to try this restaurant, but unfortunately I left quite disappointed due to the poor service. Our food arrived, but we were never given cutlery or napkins. I had to get up from the table and ask one of the staff members myself, as no one was around and they did not notice me trying to get their attention. These are basic details you would expect, especially at a more upscale restaurant. The food was also not particularly impressive. On the other hand, the drinks were delicious, and the venue itself was absolutely beautiful, with a stunning rooftop view. I hope they can improve the service and overall dining experience, as it has the potential to become a great place to eat. Food: 4 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 4

Terrible service, at least 4 times throughout the evening, we tried to get attention of the staff. Very frustrating and turned what should be a seamless, easy, enjoyable experience into something that we wouldn't want to repeat. Waitressing 101 is to scan the tables to see who needs something, not look into oblivion and walk right past. The staff were cheery though, and the food good, it was wet outside so we didnt get to enjoy the view, though would return to do that. Maybe just some 'green' staff and some kinks to iron out. Price per person: $40–60 Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 5 Vegetarian options: i think more need to be added

The minute we entered the upstairs we were greeted by smiling faces, we were shown to great outside seats in the sun. We later ventured inside and had some food and cocktails. We just loved the vibe in Monica’s, the decor is very cool, service was excellent, and all round we had a great little afternoon for Valentines Day there. Highly recommend Price per person: $60–80 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
