This restaurant and Signal Hill Garden can be both really attractive for tourists. Japanese food is nice here. To order nicely cooked beef tongue, salads and braised beef cheeks is a truly good idea.

The Beef rice is of great value. There are a sufficient amount of beef in the bowl you can eat without calculating how much rice you got left. The Beef are cut into evenly distributed pieces, with flavours of multiple layers, and the texture is on the spot. However, the place itself is a bit hard to find, it is NOT in Chong Hing Building, but a underground food court next to it. It's located inside a good court. I have been to Moos a few times now and always go for their Japanese salad with the beef cheeks. Salad is great and super duper if you are avoiding carbs.
