Fun restaurant with a focus on different meat dishes. The entrance is hidden behind an old cigarette vending machine. It is fairly common for restaurants in Japan to have a "seating charge" that includes a small appetizer, but MOSS has the best seating charge I have ever had. You are given the option of nuts or a shot of tequila! What a perfect way to start a meal.
