Very bad experience with MRA EXPRESS AL SADD. I ordered a falooda, and when the order arrived, there wasn’t even a spoon included. How is someone supposed to eat a falooda without a spoon? This is such a basic thing, and missing it shows very poor attention to customer service. Really disappointed with the service. Small details matter, and this felt careless and unprofessional.
