The staff should be more friendly,but the atmosphere with music is wonderful,if you go there with your community then would be fun,they also enhance only electric payment which is not likely for all customers Price per person: €10–20 Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 5 Vegetarian offerings: Clearly labeled vegetarian dishes

I recently visited MUHN. in Mannheim, and it was an utterly disappointing experience. The staff were incredibly rude, making me feel unwelcome from the moment I walked in, face with prejudice for no reason. Their arrogance was palpable, and any questions or requests were met with disdain. The security at the door, was no better—his condescending attitude only added to the unpleasant atmosphere. The establishment itself lacked any charm, and the overall vibe was uninviting. I would strongly advise against visiting this place because of a prejudiced attitude. There are plenty of other bars in Mannheim where the staff actually value their customers and know how to provide good service. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Hallo K K, oh jee, du scheinst eine wirklich schlechte Erfahrung bei uns gemacht zu haben. Das MUHN., dass wir am 1.5.2024 mit viel Herzblut und Leidenschaft eröffnet haben, steht für Offenheit, Diversität und Wohlfühlatmosphäre… Ein Ort für absolut alle OHNE Vorurteile. Deine negativ bewertende Punkte werden von unseren Gästen als besonders positiv gespiegelt, daher wundert uns deine Bewertung umso mehr und dass du eine solche schlechte Erfahrung gemacht hast tut uns sehr leid. Bitte konkretisiere doch dein Feedback. In welchen Punkten wurden deine Fragen und Bitten nicht zu deiner Zufriedenheit erfüllt? Unsere tollen Mitarbeiter und wir selbst ( wir sind immer vor Ort) versuchen unseren Gästen immer eine tolle Zeit zu bieten. Du sprichst von unserem Türsteher, das heißt du warst an einem der, einmal monatlich stattfindenden, Parties da. Hier können wir uns natürlich leider nicht so viel Zeit für jeden Gast nehmen wie im normalen Barbetrieb, nichtsdestotrotz möchten wir natürlich, dass sich alle absolut wohl fühlen. Daher wäre es wirklich hilfreich wenn du uns die Situation detaillierter erläuterst, gern hier schriftlich oder bei einem 2. Besuch. Wir sind uns sicher, dass diese negative Kritik in eine positive Erfahrung geswitcht werden kann. Liebe Grüße
