My absolute favorite Thai food in Portland, I come at least once a week! The man who runs this cart is so sweet and makes the food very fast! Highly recommended stopping by Mum Thai if you are looking for a delicious meal and great prices. He even throws in extra potstickers when you order over $10!! Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Food is sooo good and lots of it! Ive tried the Pad Se Ew, The Mixed Vegetable Stir fry, the house fried rice, the Chicken Karaage and the cream cheese wontons, (different occasions lol) everything was so fresh and good. One of the fantastic food carts located on PSU campus in front of the FAB. Ordered the pad thai and it was absolutely delicious; good portion size too. Also appreciated the free pot stickers that it came with. Will come again the next time I want some Thai food. Cost was $12 not including tip. Price per person: $10–20
