The food is ok but the service at this restaurant is absolutely terrible! They clearly discriminate against Mandarin-speaking customers—avoid this place at all costs!! The waiters look so miserable, like we owe them money. We had elderly family members, young children, and a stroller with us. When we asked them to help arrange our seating, they just dismissively pointed a finger and didn't even look us in the eye. I don't know where their sense of superiority comes from! I'm the paying customer, yet I have to suffer their sour faces! No wonder people's impressions of Hong Kong have been getting worse in recent years—it's entirely the fault of people like this! Please stop dragging down Hong Kong's reputation for service! There is a QR code on the table for ordering. After finally picking out our food, the order wouldn't go through at all because the mobile network was so poor and the restaurant doesn't offer Wi-Fi. We ended up having to order manually anyway, so what is the point of having the QR code? It was a complete waste of my energy. Even getting the waiter to take our order manually dragged on forever; they stared at a few words for ages. Please do yourselves a favor and hire a professional to train your staff on basic service skills! Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

Great food and service, outstanding hospitality, revisited already. Particularly like their pasta and salad - they have a salad bar and you can choose 2-3, the size is huge! Their staff is so friendly. Quite a lot of families come here with small kids, indeed they are very kids friendly. Will visit often! Disappointing Experience I recently dined at Musee, and I must say, my experience was far from enjoyable. While I understand the trend of QR code self-ordering, things went downhill as soon as I attempted to take advantage of their advertised drink promotion. First, the QR code for ordering drinks simply didn’t work. After some frustration, I sought help from a bald-headed waiter who seemed more annoyed than eager to assist. It turned out that they hadn’t even activated the promotion in their main system, which was why it didn’t work. This lack of attention to detail is inexcusable. To make matters worse, when I inquired about the spiciness of a particular dish, the same waiter’s unwillingness to provide an answer was shocking. If he was already exempt from taking orders, what was the point of having him there if he wasn’t willing to offer basic service? During dinner service, the restaurant was not busy, yet it appeared that some staff were frequently hiding inside the bar and engaging in chit-chat. This left the dining area understaffed, impacting the overall service and experience for guests. In the end, it felt more like an inconvenience than a dining experience, and I left feeling frustrated. As long as that bald guy is still working there, I will not be returning to this restaurant. If a restaurant is going to charge a service fee, the staff should at least be trained to provide basic customer service. I cannot recommend Musee to others; there are plenty of better options out there where customers are treated with the respect they deserve.
