Excellent wonton soup. Fresh ingredients and the broth is not over powering. I have ordered from here at least three times and never been disappointed. Although it is a little pricey

Very friendly service right off the bat. Food is flavourful and pho portions are considerable. I always appreciate a place with big glasses of tea! I'll be back to try out the vermicelli and fruit shakes for sure.

This place is disgusting !!!! No integrity or honour. SO SICK AND TIRED OF ALL THESE FAKE REVIEWS FROM THEM!!! I recommend everyone to STAY CLEAR of this place for their unethical business practices! Out of all these 5 star reviews (scroll down to look at all the removed 5 star reviews) this will be the first honest "real" review that is not family and friends. There is nothing memorable about this pho. The noodles were over cooked and the broth tasted like msg. Usually a good pho broth makes you want more and more, not this broth...it was strange.....there was this taste that was off putting, I know now that it is msg. It has been 45 minutes since I finished my pho and my mouth is dry and I am dying for water and I had a full glass there. 2 good things about this restaurant. #1 The service is above average. I have never had a pho restaurant ask me if I wanted more sprouts. #2 There is more meat offered in their pho than other places, but then again you are paying about $3.00 more compared to other places. One thing that annoyed me was the Chinese spoon they offer. All other pho restaurants offer bigger spoons or a spoon that hooks onto the bowl. Every time I put my spoon in my bowl it fell into the soup. This has never happened to me before. After the 3 rd time I was like wtf and realized this spoon is not suitable for eating pho. Just another forgettable pho restaurant that I will not be returning to, there was nothing good about the pho that makes me want to come back. One of my pet peeves is when a restaurant boost their ratings with fake reviews and pictures from friends and family members, this place obviously does that. Karmas a bitch and it will come bite you in the ass. White Lotus in Burnaby is my go to for pho in Burnaby. They got a 5 out of 5 stars from me, well worth the drive.
