A very new addition to Food Studio at CCC. Very few customers at the beginning. We arrived at 8:00pm on a Saturday and got the first serve, as was shown in the numbering device. Not many options on the menu. You can choose soup noodles, rice or dumpling, all with beef and chicken variants. Which is not a good sign because you can try out it's entire menu with three visits, if you come as a couple. It's strange to see a Chinese Dumpling menu with no pork or mutton as stuffing, which can be localization issues. But it's even stranger to have dumplings served with soy sauce. Pro tip: ask customers if they want vinegar or soy sauce to go with dumplings. If they don't know or have no preference, serve them vinegar. (It's not a Japanese sushi bar.)
