A friend suggested this place for a Friday night handout as it is featured in Kodoku no Gorume. We came here without a reservation and luckily to got a table seat. We ordered set A and two lamb chops. Lamb in set A is okay. Lamb chop is very thick, which I love. The only issue is that it is quite difficult to cook lamb chop on in Jingisukan style. Its signature dome-shaped metal skillet does not give you a flat surface, so rendering fat from the cap of lamb chop becomes difficult. I eventually manage to do that; just need to hold it there for 5-6 minutes. Then, 3-4 mins in each side. After a 4-min rest, usually it should be medium. But this time, it’s even over medium well. A bit disappointed since I wasted 2 thick lamb chops. We tried to add pork and chicken, but they both sold out. We added 2 bowls of lamb soup, which are delicious. Overall, it is not bad, but for almost 10k yen, I would expect something more special. Price per person: ¥4,000–5,000 Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4
