Food was truly perfect, with the best flavors. Service could not have been better. Awesome views! Eric was telling funny jokes and let us know which food would come out fastest since we were in a rush back towards Accra. Food came out faster than any place of our entire 2 week trip, and had a beautiful beach backdrop. We had the fried chicken, spaghetti bolognese, and fried snapper. Fried plantain side was a stand-out. Please go, I will whenever crossing this area again. Service: 5

Mabel's table is a quiet hideout place run by a Ghanaian/ Diasporan couple and has for a long time been a favourite of Africans from the Diaspora visiting the Elmina area. You can be assured of good food, especially fish and other sea food, while taking in the sea. They also have some guest rooms available. Unfortunately, not much of a beach is left there after the construction of a sea defence wall, but still a great place to visit when in Elmina.
