Warning!! We decided to have my nieces birthday dinner At MacKenzie River Pizza, Grill & Pub - Fairfield Township at Bridge Water Falls. Party of 18. The staff was very disorganized and confused. They where bringing us plates that didn’t belong to our table and confused of what table they belong too. Most People at our table where done eating their meal and we where still missing five dinners. My dinner, hamburger and fries came out when everyone was about done eating, apparently my dinner was sitting in the back for a while cause they didn’t know who’s it was or what table it belong too. When the waitress finally figured out who’s it was she brought it to me with very old stiff saggy cold tasting fries. I complained and She brought me new fries in a tiny plate with 8 fries. Really! Then I took two bites of my hamburger and it was Red Raw. Gross!! Who in the hell serves raw hamburger. She offer to take it back and cook it a little more.I told her no way in hell, I was already so grossed out that I had eaten raw hamburger. The other 4 people in our party that did not receive their food yet, canceled their dinner because everyone was all ready done. But the Waitress said: but it’s almost ready just another five minutes. Really ??? Not Good business! Crap food, never again..
