We stopped by Novara completely by chance and happened to discover this incredible gelato shop — what a lucky find! This gelato shop is awarded the Top 50 Gelato in Italy, and after trying it, I can completely understand why. The lady who served us was incredibly kind, welcoming, and clearly very passionate about making high-quality gelato. I tried the pistachio, buffalo cheese, and peach flavour, and we also sampled a few others, and single one was absolutely delicious. She told us that she only uses local Italian ingredients that are in season, and you can genuinely taste the quality and care in every scoop. Honestly, I think this is the best gelato I’ve had in Italy. This shop deserves to be world known, and I’m so glad we had the chance to discover it. If you’re ever in Novara, Italy, be sure to stop by, support this wonderful little shop, and treat yourself to some truly authentic, high-quality gelato.
