The food quality at this establishment is genuinely commendable—well-prepared, flavorful, and consistent. However, the overall experience is significantly affected by the poor service standards. The staff appear to lack basic training in customer interaction and professionalism. On multiple occasions, I observed unprofessional behavior, including inappropriate communication and a lack of courtesy. Their appearance also does not reflect the standards one would expect in a quality dining environment. Moreover, the waitstaff seemed to have very limited knowledge of the menu, which made ordering quite frustrating. I hope the management takes serious steps to improve the service, as it detracts from what could otherwise be a great dining experience. Price per person: ৳200–400 Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
