I recommend passing this place up and going to another McDonald's. We love their lattes so we stop often on trips. Stopping here added 20 minutes to our 12-hour trip and we left with nothing, plus 5 minutes extra for processing a refund. (All McDonalds seem to have trouble refunding a mobile order.) All we ordered were two lattes. We stood for 15 minutes watching our number get passed over. Finally we asked, and the machine was broken, I wonder how long we would have waited before they let us know. Shout out to the older black woman who had excellent customer care skills (once we had her attention). We're peeved. It wasn't even busy.

Shut this place down now. The burger patties taste more like the sausage for breakfast but it taste disgusting. I could not even eat this burger in the picture. I got a double cheeseburger they gave me one with no cheese no pickles just bread, onions, nothing on it. It was the worse McDonald’s burger I have ever had. Clearly the people back there don’t give a damn what they feed people and I waited twenty minutes for this crap and wasted money. I am from out of town and was headed back on the road and had no time to check the food quality before I left. They need to be retrained asap your reviews are 3.2 and I can bet there are many health violations back there. I will leave a survey on this experience as well. About 3:50 am, I heard the person on the speaker telling customers in line that they weren’t serving any more food until 4:00 because they were getting ready for breakfast. I proceeded to speaker anyway because I only wanted to order a drink. I was ignored for several minutes, so I drove to window and watched the counting clock get to almost 6 minutes, still ignored and by then it was after 4:00 am so I drove back to the window and it was 4:07. Was told that system was down due to getting ready for breakfast (even though breakfast starts at 4am), so I explained that I only need to order a drink, and they refused to sell me a drink!!! Over 20 minutes of being ignored altogether and I can’t get a drink??? This McDonalds is ridiculous in the middle of the night! Us drivers constantly stand outside at delivery window for 20-30 minutes, sometimes not even being acknowledged for that entire time! They refuse to make delivery orders after a certain time (different times between 3:30-3:40am, claiming they’re ‘getting ready for breakfast’ even though they’re supposed to serve dinner until 3:59, and then it is sometimes 4:30 or after before they have the FIRST breakfast order ready to go!!! They lose so much money during overnight shift due to slack employees! There is one lady who works pretty much every night who is sweet and works hard, but she can’t do it all alone! When she isn’t there, it’s way worse than normal! One night, they stopped fulfilling dinner delivery orders at 3:20 am, and didn’t hand me the breakfast delivery order that came through a little after 4 until 4:37!!!! So, that was almost 1 hour and 20 minutes with NO orders being done!!! When workers get paid rather they work or not, they’re gonna continue to drag their feet there (literally) and get paid for doing less than the bare minimum! Meal type: Other Price per person: $1–10
