I ordered mutton majboos today via delivery, and it was a very disappointing experience. The mutton did not taste fresh and had a bad smell. The rice seemed like it was taken from the fridge — it was cold and lacked quality. For a price of 4.7 KD, this is unacceptable. At this price, there are many other restaurants offering much better mutton majboos. I will not be ordering from this restaurant again. Price per person: KWD 5–10 Food: 1

I had a very bad experience at this restaurant. The rice was old and sticky with a strong odor. Chicken and lamb machboos both were very bad. When I brought this to the staff's attention, they were unwilling to listen and responded dismissively when I suggested a return. Also I phoned to delivery person. It's frustrating that a customer can only assess the quality of food by tasting it. I hope others don’t fall for the misleading 50% off promotions, as the food quality is not worth it. Please don’t buy any food from machboos express restaurant. Meal type: Lunch Food: 1
