Beautiful little shack with some really fresh seafood. The homemade clam chowder was delicious. Raw oysters and fried scallops were incredibly fresh. The scallops were so lightly done they almost feel healthy for a fried food. The salmon poke bowl was unexpected at what looks like the stereotypical New England seafood place, yet it was delicious. Service and atmosphere was friendly and great. There were a lot of big family parties and they were very accommodating. Been to Mac's Shack a countless number of times. This time I ordered a lobster roll for a pickup on a rainy Saturday, paid north of $40, and got one with packaged lobster meat with no claws and gummy meat. Still unsure why ruin your reputation like that. I tried to figure it out by calling them - to no avail. Well, my dinner money went elsehwere the following night. Looks like I should have trusted recent negative reviews, not my outdated experience. Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3
