I will speak to her. As far as the cake bites go they are a cake pop with out the stick. They are cake that is mixed with frosting and then coated in chocolate. They are suppose to have a cookie dough/fudgy texture. We were happy to accommodate you with your last minute order. Cake Bites usually take 4 days to do but we worked overtime to get them done for you. I am sorry for the experience you had. More
