Mad Fresh delivered catering for my team's event. The build-a-protein bowl option was delicious; I especially recommend the grilled steak! High quality, great selection, and reliable service. I would definitely ask Mad Fresh to help us out again! Food: 5 Service: 5

Excellent meals at Mad Fresh! Although I've been frustrated with their kitchen closing early twice when I had planned to pick up an order. This has happened on Friday and Saturday evenings. Example: website says online orders accepted until 6:00pm on a Friday. Went to order at 4:25 and it was rejected because then online orders closed at 4:10 pm. Recommend calling ahead on days they are busy. The owner says this will improve the odds of getting your order in. I like using the app though but will give them a try again. Appreciate the owner responding and glad they are busy, which is always a good sign with a restaurant. Service: Takeaway Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 4

Danny, I hear you and completely understand the frustration. Planning to order and then finding our online menu closed is not a great experience. On busy days (especially Fridays) we sometimes close online ordering once the kitchen reaches production capacity. That's the only way we can maintain food quality and timing for the orders already in queue. It’s never our intention to create confusion, and we’re working on making those cutoff times clearer in real time so customers aren’t caught off guard. I do appreciate you pointing out that the food itself was good. That consistency is something we care deeply about. I had tofu/roastedveggies/scrambled eggs. Delicious! Sat outside in the sunshine. (January) It's fresh and great food! The picture of the large dining room with tablecloth covered tables is NOT Mad Fresh Kitchen, that is a pic of a catering job they did) You'll find a small waiting area with three booths for pick up, or, eat there if you want. The staff is busy and pleasant. Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5
