Today I was surprised and disappointed that the staff were not prepared to add some beef to a kids quesadilla. When i asked to add some meat to my kids lunch i was told that it couldn't be done. I pointed out they have a advertised price for extra meat, which i was happy to pay, but still "no" this was not a request they could help with. Needless to say my kids and I ate elcewhere. Meal type: Lunch Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

I was supposed to be ordering a vegan quesadilla, firstly they put the animal mince in, as they were scooping it, mince fell into the vegan mince. They then remade it and scooped it out the pot with the mince still in it. I queried it and told him it’s cross contamination. They both shrugged and told me I could have vegetables instead. Shocking hygienic standards, poor service and I can’t imagine how those with allergies would eat here. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

On or about 3 Feb 24 I stopped here for a lunch break. I admit that I have a hearing loss when there's noise in the background, however I had to ask both of the employees to repeat their questions. I ordered 3 tacos. The price was roughly 16,60$ if I recall correctly. I ended up spending over $18$ . When I asked how come the employee explained that I ordered the beef and the guacamole which isv$1 extra for @! Perhaps I'm the only client unaware of this as I usually eat Mexican at other restaurants. I noticed how each tacos contained only hints of the extras. Employee didn't care if the third tacos was 1/3 of the guacamole. I would have appreciated an even quantity of everything. The eye doesn't lie but if you're only thinking of getting off well, I understand. In fact, after me there was a staff turnover. Last night I made my own three tacos at home and I'm sorry I can't send photos but you can find them on my Pinterest page as I love cooking (took after my mum who was a chef in Australia and Italy). Sorry I didn't take photos of what I offered at mad Mex warringah mall. Never again for $18. Need to motivate staff.
