My standards are high and my expectations are high when it comes to Pizza. The reason is that I've had pizza in Naples Italy, New York, NY and even South Florida is renowned for thier authenticity and taste.I have yet to find a pizza in Peru that comes anywhere close to being very good.In the USA we look down at the chain pizza stores like Papa John's, Domino's, Big Louie's and Pizza Hut. But here in Peru so far they are a safe bet for the best pizzas.I will continue my search...
