Stopped here for a quick espresso. The coffee itself was fine, but unfortunately the service completely changed the experience for me. The barista came across as very dismissive and uninterested. A few times when I spoke to him, he acted as if he wasn’t listening so he wouldn’t have to respond. When he served the coffee, I said “grazie” and got no response. When I finished and was leaving, I said “grazie” again and was ignored once more. Only after I stopped and looked directly at him did he finally respond with “ciao.” As a visitor to Milan, I had many warm and friendly interactions with people throughout the city, so this stood out in a negative way. Sono stato sia all'inaugurazione che in seguito. Locale molto accogliente, design moderno e personale molto cordiale, sorridente e professionale. Complimenti al barman per i cocktail e alimenti per l'aperitivo veramente buoni e di qualità. Locale che si distingue sicuramente dallo standard.
