Madame Thai has the best noodle and curry dishes in the Morristown area. Kitchen is incredibly efficient, orders are often ready in 15 mins. Entrees are consistently fresh and flavorful with the perfect spice level to suit your tastes. Every meal I’ve had here has been 5 stars. Highly recommend!

After reading the positive reviews of this place, decided to give it a try! Ambiance was average. Ordered lotus root salad and only thing I was tasting was the fish oil!!! Asked waiter to change the dish as had requested vegetarian dish without egg and fish oil. They took it back but manager was kind of upset. For main course, the only options available for vegetarians was pinaple fried rice. It was made nicely! I would not recommend this place if you are vegetarian! Chicken dish which other family member ordered was nice! Wish staff was more friendly and had offered options for vegetarians! Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $50–100

Madame Thai Cuisine is a really nice Thai restaurant that recently opened up in Mooristown. We started with the Madame Crab and Royal Prawn Cake. The Madame Crab wasn’t good, and it didn’t have much crabmeat. It was overly breaded. The chili plum sauce it came with had no flavor. Skip that appetizer! The Royal Prawn Cake was good, but it was suppose to come with sweet plum sauce. The sauce that it came with wasn’t that great. The appetizers we had could of been better, but our entrees and dessert were really good! We had the Royal Pad Thai and Bangkok Pineapple Royal Fried Rice for dinner and both were delicious! The Royal Pad Thai sauce was on the sweeter side than most places prepare it, but I love sweet so it was perfect for me! The owners wife had a lot of unique desserts on the menu! One was a plant filled with a layer of cheesecake, Oreos, and Japanese soft cake. I’ll definitely try it next time! I ended up ordering the warm spice carrot cake which was EXCELLENT! It’s the best dessert I ever had at a Thai restaurant! It’s a must order! I definitely recommend dining at Madame Thai in Mooristown, and don’t forget to order the warm spice carrot cake!
