This store has a service that is far below what the brand expected. There is no quality standard, there are days when they deliver a well-made snack and others when they don't even deliver the complete order. Today was that day. I ordered two combos with extra mayonnaise, the attendant confirmed the extra mayonnaise and didn't add it to the takeout order. I bought the snack at 9pm and the order was only ready 40 minutes later! They work grudgingly, the snacks were cold and the potatoes were burnt. They only got the soft drinks right because they can't change anything. Bad service, bad products, I don't recommend buying from this brand, it's not worth it. I'm a loyal Madero customer and I've never visited such a bad unit, I was shocked. There is no fast food that takes more than 30 minutes to prepare an order, an inordinate amount of time, probably not able to cope with the demand for Delivery + customers on site, who are also not few given the gigantic size of this unit which is full of tables. There is no structure to help, don't answer, I thought I would have to set up a camp there to be able to wait for my snack. I always go to the Madero de Santo André store, ambient music and a clean place, the snacks are incredible, they're so delicious!! Rating 10, my favorite fast food for sure!
