Mades Restaurant is a long-running family-operated Sanur dining room that has served Balinese and Indonesian cooking for roughly 37 years. Its traditional menu includes charcoal-grilled satay, pepes ikan wrapped in banana leaf, bebek betutu, beef rendang, Balinese rijsttafel, nasi goreng and sambal prawns.
