This place can't even make a toasted bagel without messing it up. Served me a warm bagel with a glob of cream cheese. I'm super pissed that I wasted my money. Couldn't even eat this mess of a bagel.

Dear Madison, When making a bagel with cream cheese please don't cut it with a knife that was used on ketchup. Cream cheese and ketchup don't mix well. Can you guys ever get an order right? Wtf
