Worth the walk from the ferry. Good food. We enjoyed everything we had especially the homemade biscuits. Service: Dine in Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4 Recommended dishes: Smoked Salmon, Salmon Eggs Benedict, Hash Browns

If you are looking for good food and service, you will not find it at Madison Diner. $50 for two coffees, avocado toast, and biscuits & gravy. The quality of the food was fine - not bad but nothing special. We did not realize that they closed at 2 PM as there was no mention of it and there were still other parties in the restaurant. At 2 PM sharp, the staff began playing the song Closing Time by Semisonic. Then, we heard the staff talking about how they intentionally played the song to get us to leave and debating whether they should replay it. We felt extremely rushed and uncomfortable, so we left our food behind and left the diner ASAP. Service: Dine in Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $50–100 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

You were/are justifiably upset with the end of the experience when the music went on and decided to be punitive because of that. The last two sentences are inaccurate but they make the review sooo much more believable and authentic. More
