My friend and I stopped by Madison this afternoon for dessert and drinks, and Hamja made the visit genuinely memorable. From the moment we walked in, he greeted us with a warm smile and found us the best table in the room. We ordered coffee, dessert and a glass of champagne, and throughout he was attentive without ever hovering checking in at just the right moments and making sure we felt relaxed and looked after. When we asked for dessert recommendations, he knew the menu inside out and described each option so vividly that we knew exactly what we were choosing. That’s rare these days, and his suggestion was spot on the dessert tasted exactly as he’d promised. He also timed the coffee and dessert perfectly, so we could enjoy both at their best rather than rushing one to catch the other. What stood out most is that the restaurant was busy, yet every table seemed equally well cared for. Polite, friendly and genuinely attentive to detail Hamja made our day. Thank you, Hamja.
