Thank you for the great manager, Juanna. You are a wonderful supervisor and accommodated all of my requests with professionalism and kindness. Mado's breakfast was delicious, but what made the experience truly special was the outstanding service. I was warmly welcomed with a big smile by Rito, which made me feel valued from the moment I arrived. Thank you to the entire team for the excellent hospitality and memorable experience. This was my second disappointing experience at this restaurant, and unfortunately the customer service was extremely poor. I ordered a salad and asked for extra dressing. The salad arrived completely drenched in dressing to the point that it was dripping and became overwhelmingly salty and inedible. When I politely explained the issue, instead of trying to solve the problem or offer a replacement, the staff and managers argued back and refused to change it, insisting that because I had requested extra dressing, they would not take responsibility. I understand that I asked for extra dressing, but a professional kitchen should still serve food in a balanced and edible way. There is a difference between “extra dressing” and ruining the entire dish with excessive salt and sauce. What disappointed me most was not only the food itself, but the attitude and lack of customer care. In Qatar, hospitality and respectful customer service are extremely important, and unfortunately I did not feel valued as a customer at all. What made the experience especially disappointing was the overall attitude and atmosphere. Instead of approaching customer concerns with empathy, professionalism, or a willingness to resolve the issue, the interaction felt cold, defensive, and unnecessarily confrontational. I felt that the staff were trained more to argue with customers than to listen and find solutions, which created a very uncomfortable experience.
