I visited Mado in Makkah and my experience was very disappointing. It is extremely expensive for what you get. We had to wait around 20 minutes just for someone to come and take our order, which is far too long. On top of that, the staff were impolite and unprofessional, and it clearly felt like they were serving some customers with favoritism. I have tried the Mado chain in Istanbul before, and it is not the same at all. The quality and service there were much better. It’s really disappointing because I expected the same level here.
