Taste is okay, but the customer service is very poor. I ordered a set dosa on 02-01-2026 at 10:00 AM and waited for around 20 minutes, but my food was not served during that time. Meanwhile, they took orders and served food to customers who came after me. When I asked about my order, the staff kept saying “now, now, now,” but there was no proper response. Eventually, they served me a plain dosa instead of the set dosa I had ordered. This completely ruined my 30 minutes there. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves their customer service. Thank you. Meal type: Breakfast Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 5
