Simply a shame... We ordered two pizzas from Maestro on January 19 and were told (via UberEats) that we would have to wait for more than an hour. We ended up calling the restaurant owner to find out... Who told us that there was a problem with his UberEats tablet and that the order was going to be canceled. We should have waited to see the cancellation message before hanging up, since an hour later someone came to the apartment with two cold pizzas. We ended up with 4 pizzas since we had ordered from another establishment in the meantime!!!! On top of that, the UberEats platform did not help us in order to reimburse us for the order.. Thank you for this “professionalism” and the expenses! Service: Delivery Meal type: Other
