**PLEASE LISTEN VERY CAREFULLY!! After witnessing this horrible person, my husband and I walked out without being served. This was a sad state of affairs to say the least. My husband and I watched this man and his daughter get ice cream in front of us. The man asked for a 4 scoop in a cup and the daughter a 2 scoop in a cup. We had never been there before and were shocked that the dark haired girl, probably Indian or Pakistani, she is very short, thin with long hair that was in the refrigerator AND ON THE ICE CREAM as she was trying to scoop things. Then, SHOCKINGLY, the scoops she did made me think that we were on a BLOOBER TV SHOW because they were laughable. We felt terrible for the poor man and his lovely daughter. Once the RUDE employee gave him the cup, this poor man asked her to remember that his order is a 4 scoop not 1 scoop and her answer was THAT IS A FOUR SCOOP!!! This was honestly the biggest joke in my life, no wonder the place was empty, we should have been wise enough to pick up on that. When he asked her about the amount, she was rude again!!!!!!!!!!!! That is when my husband said, let's go, I have had enough. THIS RUDE EMPLOYEE ACTED LIKE HE WAS ASKING HER FOR HER LIVER AND EYE BALLS, HIS CUP OF THE SUPPOSEDLY 4 SCOOPS WASNT EVEN ONE SCOOP AT BASKIN ROBINS!! THESE ARE VERY GREEDY PEOPLE, SHE IS UNDOUBTEDLY THE OWNER AND EXTREMLY CHEAP. DO YOURSELF A HUGE FAVOR AND STAY AWAY!! WE WENT TO DREAMETTE IN FLEMMING ISLAND AND IT WAS WELL WORTH THE DRIVE!

through my experience working with this company, i don't recommend working or eating here at all. everyone's attitude is poor & their cleaning is extremely unsanitary. i quit due to lack of professionalism from coworkers & the pressure they put upon me.

Love this Ice Cream Shop, always have a great experience here. They even offer customized ice cream cake options for those special occasions! Today I got what I usually get, a whole Quart of ice cream to take home. Raissa was the one who put it together. Her attitude was super awesome and definitely resonated with the fun of an ice cream shop! Hope you have as good an experience when you visit as my family and I do when we go!
