I wish I could rate star 0. When I showed up to their entrance, those waiters even didn’t say anything nor let me get inside the restaurant. Finally, I talked a waiter but he ignored me. They should show more politeness to others. Service: 1

At that time, our restaurant was completely full, with 65 guests, including two large tourist groups. Unfortunately, we simply did not have the capacity to accept any additional guests.However, being busy does not excuse the fact that our staff did not greet you or politely explain the situation. Magic house is a coffee house where you can have your coffee while looking at the beautiful handmade Uzbek carpets. Interior design was fascinating. We visited here twice while our stay at Bukhara with my wife. Both ice and hot coffee was great and tasty. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
