We have lived in Forest Heights for 40 years and during that time Magic Pizza was always our favourite by far. We raved about the quality and recommended it to all our friends. On Wednesday June 17 at 5:30 we purchased a pizza that was burnt, dry and lacking toppings. Perhaps this was a one off, and surprised at the poor quality. We were having a birthday party and comparing 6 pizza’s from different locations. Sadly, Magic finished last. We had take out. Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

Thank you for your feedback and for being a loyal customer for the past 40 years. We sincerely apologize that your recent pizza did not meet the quality you have come to expect from us. A burnt, dry pizza with insufficient toppings is not representative of our standards, and we understand how disappointing this must have been, especially during your birthday gathering. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and would welcome the opportunity to make things right. Please contact us directly with your order details so we can look into what happened and resolve this for you. Magic Pizza
