The place where the kids can play it’s a hard floor, the place seems a patch of toys that have been put together across time, not necessarily with a lot of thinking, the camera / TV where you suppose to see the kids playing alone is so tiny and many angles are not visible, especially behind the stairs of the slide the quality of the food is supermarket level and Michelin Star restaurant price. I don’t really recommend. Price per person: CHF 20–30 Food: 2 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 1

I really love the concept and it looks beautiful. But the owners are so unfriendly- not only my impression also from many other parents, that it doesn‘t make us feel welcome. Birthday parties are really exhausting for parents because of that. I don‘t understand how they can continue being so unfriendly or even being allowed to continue after all the negative impressions people have due to their attitude. What a pitty it could be such a nice place

We had our daughter's 5th birthday at Magical Cafe. It was indeed a very magical experience! Jannick provided delicious cupcakes and ice cream from the adorable ice cream cart, which the children loved, and she decorated with our daughter's chosen theme (Bluey) and made treat bags for the kids (plus balloons for them to take home). She also organized for Desi, who dressed as a whacky clown, to entertain the children--they were all completely rapt and laughing their heads off. The parents got to relax in the cafe area with coffees and chat. There was even a dance party at the end with disco lights and glow-in-the-dark bracelets. I highly recommend Magical Cafe for a kids' party (or an adult party when kids will be in attendance)--the space is large and airy and the playroom is filled with toys for different ages. It's the perfect spot especially when you can't predict the weather or on a chilly winter afternoon. Jannick was very accommodating to our needs and relaxed. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
