Had a really good dinner experience at Magleby's in Springville. It is an upscale restaurant with a large variety of dishes that is perfect for date night. I had the chicken marsala with creamy sauce and mashed potatoes. We polished off our dinner with their famous chocolate cake with raspberry sauce. Great service and nice atmosphere. We had a fantastic experience at Magleby’s in Springville for my graduation celebration. My wife reserved the “Grotto” for our group, and it ended up being such a cool setting for the occasion. It was quiet, private, and we were the only group down there, which made it really nice to be able to relax, talk, and enjoy the evening without feeling crowded or rushed. The meal started off strong with the bread they brought out. I know bread seems like a small thing to mention in a restaurant review, but this stuff was unbelievable. Definitely one of those starters where you have to remind yourself not to fill up before the actual meal comes out. For dinner, I ordered the salmon, and it was cooked perfectly. Salmon can be really easy to overcook and dry out, but this was done exactly right. Great texture, great flavor, and easily something I would order again. For dessert, I went with the buttermilk pie, which was probably the perfect way to finish the meal. I especially liked that it wasn’t overly sweet. The fresh raspberry purée added just enough sweetness and tartness to balance everything out without overpowering the pie. Between the food, the atmosphere in the Grotto, and the overall experience, Magleby’s was a great choice for celebrating my graduation. It felt a little more special than just going out for dinner, and I really enjoyed the entire evening. We’ll definitely be back.
