This place was recommended by the hotel that we stayed at and it was one of the best dinner we had in the city. The food was excellent. You can taste the authenticity and passion in their food. I have known the owner, Marisa, for over 20 years so this review may appear biased to some but I suggest the skeptical reader try the Lassa•Stá to believe my words. The restaurant is well located in the center of Novara, small but welcoming, clean and tidy, ideal for a lunch or dinner in a quiet environment. The service is attentive and punctual (you can see the experience acquired over the years) while the cuisine knows how to amaze, although it may appear simple, with its ability to combine aromas and textures and to express the imaginative character of chef Patrick. The preparations are homemade, of evident quality thanks also to a meticulous choice of products. If you want to feel pampered at the table, you just have to call and book. And let yourself be tempted by their brand new bar corner: intimate and special, it is dedicated to those who want to taste a particularly refined rum or whisky.
