Stayed here for a night and I have to say that the reviews stating that the rooms were not clean had me a little worried, however our room was spotless as were the corridors and common areas. The 'False' smell one person describes is in fact the smell of new carpets having been laid in the corridors so notuch they can do about that. The water pressure is a little low but perfectly okay for a shower provided you aren't in a hurry. Overall I was happy with the accomodation and it was nice and close to several nice eateries. I would definitely stay there again. Service: 5

Had a lovely afternoon tea today. Was seated in a nice quiet area of the room with a good view of the gardens. The waiter was friendly and attentive. The sandwiches, scones (with cream and jam), tea cakes and coffee was delicious. Also took into account my allergy information and ensured my needs were met.
