Dear Hina Patel we read your review, but this is not true. Among our customers we have some people from Indian, China, Japan, Ukrainian, Bulgaria and I could go on with the list and everyone is calm, polite and respectful of what the group leader says. Each group has a group leader who follows them and if the group leader tells us that breakfast is from 7.15 am, the buffet will be ready for you at 7.15 am and not before and since you are a group (and you are not traveling alone but in a group). Access to the room reserved for you will therefore be at 7.15 am, not earlier because we have to finish preparing the buffet to give you fresh and freshly made food!! If you are rude and if you want to enter the breakfast room before everyone else (who knows why) and when the buffet (made especially for you) is not yet ready, we don't know what to do. For our part, if tour leader give us a time, the time will be respected. Before accusing our structure it should look at itself, make a mea cupla and ask yourselves "why didn't the hotel let me enter the room prepared for us 10 minutes before and not at the time agreed with the group leader?".
