Discovered this haven of happiness thanks to adventurous fellow yelpers who were willing to drive from Kalihi to Waipahu for an apres Chinese luncheon treat. This Magnolia Ice Cream & Treats is located within Seafood City in the Waipahu Town Center. Parking can be a challenge on weekends. Turn left at the Seafood City entrance, past Red Ribbon Bakery (a yummy spot for cakes). Look for the multi-colored chairs and queue up to select from the many flavors of tropical ice cream and halo halo. We were fortunate to be here for Mango Madness, the launch of mango halo halo, and truly enjoyed the heart and soul of Magnolia and its staff. Try it, you won't be disappointed!
