I've played around with the idea of going to my 10 favorite restaurants in Columbia. Tonight I decided to go to Mai Thai since it was down the street from our church building and I had to pick the kids up from a teen activity at 10 PM. Basil was my favorite Thai restaurant in Columbia before Kara Robinson (I think) told me about this place, which I love hands down (except for those wings at Basil). Now they also serve bubble tea. Yum! Unfortunately I don't venture off from ordering Shrimp Pad Thai, but I figure hey why mess with perfection. I hope I can find some good foodie friends when I move to Texas, wink wink at Andrea, Daonna, Kelly, Lisako, Vizmary, and Shevon (and others that I've missed). — eating Thai food at Mai Thai Cuisine.
