50 years ago I entered my first year of college at The University of South Dakota which is 30 miles from Sioux City, IA. We decided to stay at the Hard Rock Hotel in Sioux City on our way to Omaha. Their top restaurant is the Main + Abbey and a friend recommended it to us & WOW, the food & service was exceptional! For an appetizer, we split an order of BAO, the BBQ pork belly was fantastic! I had lamb bolognese on homemade pasta & my wife had salmon, outstanding experience! We will stay there again as the food is worth a return trip!

Had an awesome meal at Main & Abbey for my wife's birthday!! Fish & Chips, Versudio Chicken, and the salmon were all super tasty, and the drinks were great!! We also had the BBQ wings for an appetizer, and they had the crunchy skin, which we all love!! Our server, Maria, was the best, and the carrot cake for dessert was HUGE!! We all had a wonderful time!!
