I was so glad to discover this delicious hot chicken place in the heart of Old Town Pasadena. After walking around and shopping, I decided to stop by Main Chick Hot Chicken to grab a quick bite. I ordered their Combo#3 which consists of 2 delicious chicken sandwiches and seasoned crinkle cut fries top with MC Sauce + a drink. I like how I was able to choose the spice level so I decided to go with Naked (non spicy) and Mild. I think both tasted delicious and juicy. Since the chicken sandwiches are smaller in sizes, most people who ordered this combo should be able to finish both sandwiches without feeling overwhelmingly full. Also, The crinkle cut fries were truly well seasoned and very addicting! I also ordered Coleslaw and MacNcheese on the side. I love how well seasoned the coleslaw and creamy the macNcheese were. For the dessert, I decided to order their Ube cheesecake. I have previously seen people ordered this on yelp so I figured it was a must try, especially for an ube fan like me and it truly lived up to the hype! Pro tip: the parking structure adjacent to this restaurant is really pricey so highly recommend to park at another structure 1 block away that is much cheaper or try your luck on the street parking.
