If you genuinely want to experience the worst service and dining experience For your entire family, make sure you request ANDRE. Absolutely horrendous experience That unfortunately No amount of games or apologising Can fix Bad character and Integrity. You guys should be ashamed you employ such people. We will never come back to your establishment and we will make sure that anybody and everyone hears about this experience. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I had an outstanding experience at Main Event Shenandoah. The staff and team went above and beyond from the moment we walked in. Everyone was welcoming, professional, and genuinely seemed like they cared about making sure guests had a great time. The facility was clean, organized, and had an amazing atmosphere. The team handled everything quickly and efficiently even while it was busy, and their customer service never slipped. You can tell the staff works hard together and takes pride in what they do. Whether it was bowling, games, food, or just overall hospitality, every part of the experience was top tier. Huge shoutout to the entire Shenandoah team for creating such a fun and enjoyable environment. Definitely one of the best entertainment venues around, and I’ll absolutely be coming back again soon.
