I was,kinda concerned about the bad reviews after I sat down I had a very positive experience food was good service also very good prices are cheap for the location and food served il give it 5 stars for it

I don't post a lot of reviews but this is a public safety notice. The worst dining experience in a week in Merida. Both of our breakfasts were best left uneaten. Then the bill came with a 30% service charge tacked on which was of course rejected.

Great ambiance. Nice live guitarist for dinner. However they also had a TV in the outdoor seating area with WWE wrestling playing for what appeared to be the waiters' benefit. Getting a waiter's attention was difficult. Shrimp was slightly over-cooked, but the chicken mole was good. We felt the food was overpriced and their service seriously lacking. They brought one entree at a time, about 5 minutes apart and tortillas a few minutes after that. Poorly executed. We felt we got a little attitude and don't know if our waiter was having a bad night, or just part of a growing anti-American sentiment.
