Great service. Great Food. Love the dishes made fresh in front of you. High quality seafood used with reasonable price. Nice touch with multiple variety of pickles provided as palate cleanser before tasting the next roll. Service is non intrusive, and the cup is refilled attentively. The food portion may not be sufficient if you are a big eater, so you might want to consider a larger menu. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ฿1,800–2,000 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

It’s been open for a while now, and getting a table isn’t as hard as when it first launched. They do require a 500-baht deposit per person. We went for the 7-roll set at 1,990 baht — so filling! Two years ago, I took my parents to Chef Masato’s 1-Michelin-star restaurant, and he’s the head chef here too. Surprisingly, they said they preferred Maison Roru. Maybe because Masato’s omakase is more traditional, while this menu feels more eclectic. The rice was so good they immediately said, “We need to come back” (which is rare for them ). P.S. They’re opening a second branch at Emsphere soon!
