Looks fancy but mille-feuille cream tastes like it's made from a pudding bag and the layers are not crispy at all

Our mille-feuille is made entirely in-house by our pastry chefs, using traditional French pastry techniques. The cream is prepared from scratch in our workshop every day and is in no way made from an instant mix or powdered preparation.As for the puff pastry, it is also handcrafted by our team. Mesmerising cakes, fabulous, feels like in wonderland. Not overly sweet. Layer after layer of taste and texture surprises. Love it !
