Can I just say that Mak Ee’s pastries were absolutely the bomb! We decided to get them for takeaway since we were too full at the time, saving them for breakfast the next morning. The chicken pie was delicious, with a buttery, flaky crust and a flavorful, well-seasoned filling. It was generously sized, so I shared it with my husband. As for the curry pop, I made sure to get one for each of us. The pastry was crispy, and the curry filling had just the right amount of spice. I bought these from New World Park Food City, but they actually have a small shop at Hutton Lane. Next time, I’ll definitely be getting them from their shop instead—because honestly, I have no plans to return to New World Park Food City!
